1. Shipping Coverage

We ship our products across India, including remote areas and government institutions. For international shipments, please contact our support team directly at support@neodglobal.com.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • For customized hardware or large installations, timelines may extend to 15–20 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on selected items and offers. Charges (if any) are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and location at checkout or will be mentioned in quotations for B2B clients.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email. You may track the delivery status through the logistics partner’s portal.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

In case of damage or loss during shipping:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide pictures/videos and unboxing evidence (if possible).

  • We will initiate a replacement or refund after verification.
